CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (PSH)

  2. POSITION TYPE                : CONTRACT (Renewable under PSH Scheme)

 

WORK DESCRIPTION:

  1. Meet and greet customers;
  2. A warm and approachable manner;
  3. Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship;
  4. Provide information about Penang Hill and its attractions to visitors;
  5. Crowd control and queue management;and
  6. Customer query management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Malaysian citizen, 19 years old and above;
  2. Minimum diploma or professional qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, Marketing or any other related disciplines. Fresh graduates with a higher qualification are encouraged to apply;
  3. Previous working experience in a hotel or tourism-related establishment will be an added advantage;
  4. Pleasant personality, outgoing and like meeting new people;
  5. Strong language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written). Additional language skill will be and added advantage;
  6. Motivated and self-driven individual with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork;
  7. Passionate in customer service;
  8. Able to work proactively and independently; and
  9. Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
