WORK DESCRIPTION:

  1. Create, lead and manage all management services which includes administration, human resource, training, tender process, corporate communications, stakeholder management, strategic planning and other support services of Penang Hill Corporation (PHC);
  2. Be part of the senior leadership team to enable PHC achieve its operational goals, by drive high productivity and efficiency; Support organizational growth, business profitability and developing a high performance team;
  3. Provides assistance and support to the General Manager in problem solving, project planning, management, development and execution of stated goals and objectives;
  4. Provides administrative roles in developing policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient operations;
  5. Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares documentation and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature;
  6. Constructively challenge processes and management decisions to bring out service improvements;
  7. Ensure good relations and regularly communicate with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve objectives;
  8. Ensure that all management service activities meet or improve on budget, cost and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with PHC’s objectives and benchmark against other similar establishment; and
  9. Any other task or project assigned by the General Manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Malaysian Citizen, 35 years old and above;
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Law or related discipline. Higher qualification will be an advantage;
  3. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience and previous working experience in government, corporation or related establishment in a senior management position;
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of government related legislation and corporate best practices and proven ability to apply both effectively;
  5. Knowledge of office management principles and procedures; ensure compliance to the government circulars and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  6. Strong analytical and project management skills, including strong ability to analyze, problem solving and drive solutions;
  7. Must have strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written); additional language skills would be added advantage;
  8. Motivated and self-driven individual with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork; experience in managing a team;
  9. Confident and dynamic personality; Strong creative outlook and willingness to take challenges;
  10. Must be flexible and occasionally to work on weekends and public holidays at short notice.

WORK DESCRIPTION:

  1. To be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing plan, social media campaign, publicity events and related activities to promote all inhouse program;
  2. Relationship building and working closely with media, government agencies, tourism related bodies, corporate organizations, NGOs and other stakeholders;
  3. Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that includes media outreach and social media content creation;
  4. Research and write press releases, and content for the company website, social media, infographics and newsletters;
  5. Develop content strategy to increase followers to website and social media;
  6. Attend to all forms of enquiries and respond to public complaints on timely basis; plan and execute story pitching for events and product launches;
  7. Maintain tracking report and monitor all forms of media for brand mention and PR coverages;
  8. Execute communication plan and provide status report to board members and management; and
  9. Any other task or project assigned by the Manager and Management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Malaysian Citizen, 25 years old and above;
  2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Grade N44 & Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience for Grade N41;
  3. Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Advertising / Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent; higher qualification will be an advantage;
  4. Strong communication and excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must; additional language skills would be added advantage; candidate maybe required to communicate with international media and organizations;
  5. Experience in handling press conference, organizing seminars and events; good network in media circle will be an advantage;
  6. Strong experience in using and develop content for social media, eg. Facebook, twitter, YouTube, Instagram;
  7. Good project management skill, highly independent, strong teamwork and resourceful in problem solving;
  8. Motivated, disciplined and self-driven individual with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, quality of execution, teamwork with good presentation skills and strong people management skills;
  9. Confident, dynamic personality and willingness to take challenges; be prepared to work outdoor / on-site;
  10. Must be flexible and occasionally to work on weekends and public holidays.

WORK DESCRIPTION:

  1. Development and maintain in-house developed software;
  2. Support and maintain ticketing system to ensure smooth operation;
  3. Technical support for in - house customer;
  4. User Training for in house System;
  5. Project Planning and system development; and
  6. Any other task or project assign by the Division Manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Malaysian Citizen, 21 years old and above;
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information System Engineering or equivalent;
  3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Grade F44 & Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience for Grade F41;
  4. At least 3 to 5 years working experience with project leading background for the Grade F41 & F44;
  5. At least 3 to 5 years team lead experience for the Grade F44;
  6. At least 3 to 5 years operation management experience for the Grade F41 & F44;
  7. Experience with various project implementation methodologies and tools. ( eg, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall , PRINCE2);
  8. Knowledge in WAMP/LAMP Setup;
  9. Knowledge in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Json, Python, Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern;
  10. Knowledge in big data analytics and database design;
  11. Knowledge in IOT and Industrial 4.0 application and development;
  12. Knowledge in mobile application (IOS/Android) is a plus;
  13. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator is a plus;
  14. Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter and coach others in a collaborative environment;
  15. Ability to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia (other language will be ideal);
  16. Positive attitude as well as the ability to learn quickly, able to work both in team and independently;
  17. Willing to support on Ad Hoc on: Weekends, Holidays Festive seasons; and
  18. Preferably candidate staying in Penang.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB:

  1. Melaksanakan rondaan dan pemantauan keselamatan di seluruh kawasan Perbadanan Bukit Bendera Pulau Pinang (PBBPP) setiap jam pada waktu siang dan setiap 2 jam sekali di waktu malam atau seperti yang diarahkan oleh Pegawai Sekuriti PBBPP;
  2. Membuat catatan dan laporan perkara-perkara semasa dalam Buku Log Keselamatan setiap jam bertugas;
  3. Menjaga dan memastikan harta benda PBBPP berada dalam keadaan baik dan selamat;
  4. Memastikan kawalan keselamatan di dalam premis bagi mengelakkan kecurian dan unsur-unsur sabotaj;
  5. Melarang atau mencegah mana-mana pengunjung membawa masuk barang-barang yang dilarang serta haiwan peliharaan ke dalam funikular;
  6. Melaporkan kepada Pegawai Sekuriti PBBPP dengan kadar segera sekiranya berlaku apa-apa kejadian yang menyalahi peraturan atau arahan yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak PBBPP;
  7. Memastikan tiada sebarang aktiviti-aktiviti yang diadakan dipremis PBBPP tanpa kelulusan Pengurusan PBBPP;
  8. Menerima dan melaksanakan semua arahan dari Pegawai Sekuriti PBBPP;
  9. Membantu Pengurusan Pengunjung (Crowd Management) dan perlu mengamalkan sikap seperti berikut:
    • Mengamalkan tatacara perhubungan awam yang baik semasa berhubung dengan pengunjung;
    • Mempunyai perwatakan yang baik dan mesra pelanggan.
  10. Lain-lain tugasan yang diarahkan oleh Pegawai Sekuriti PBBPP dan Pengurusan PBBPP dari semasa ke semasa.

 

SYARAT KELAYAKAN:

  1. Warganegara Malaysia, terutama penduduk Pulau Pinang atau berdekatan PBBPP;
  2. Berumur 25 tahun ke atas;
  3. Mempunyai Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau Sijil Kursus Kemahiran Pengawal keselamatan yang dianjurkan oleh Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia (PPKKM) atau kelayakan lain yang berkaitan;
  4. Pesara atau bekas badan beruniform seperti Bekas Anggota ATM, PDRM atau BOMBA layak dipertimbangkan;
  5. Mempunyai tahap kesihatan yang baik dan juga ketahanan fizikal dan mental yang kuat dan sihat;
  6. Mempunyai perwatakan yang ceria dan boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris;
  7. Tidak mempunyai sebarang rekod kesalahan terutama melibatkan kes jenayah atau dadah; dan
  8. Boleh bekerja dalam syif, kerja lebih masa, cuti umum dan hujung minggu.
